With decades of experience both as a practicing attorney and as a licensed real estate broker, including successfully litigating, mediating and brokering Billions of dollars in real estate transactions, Matt is known as one of California’s premier experts in Real Estate Law.

Matt serves as Of Counsel to various law firms throughout Northern and Southern California and serves as Chief Legal Counsel to one of the largest real estate risk management and insurance services companies in California where he both defends as well as sues buyers, sellers, agents, brokers and inspectors. He also serves as Chief Legal Counsel to one of the United States fastest growing companies as rated by Inc. magazine.

Matt is also Chief Litigation Counsel for one of California’s largest real estate brokerages. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker and he also owns a residential real estate brokerage where he has brokered over $125 million in real estate transactions. He also serves as one of the few Northern California Certified Mediators for the California Association of Realtors.

As well, he is a Judge Pro Tem in both the Superior Courts of Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. He also serves as a Settlement Conference Judge and Special Master for the El Dorado County Superior Court.
