Roberto G. Cruz is a civil litigator who represents clients in a broad range of matters in both state and federal courts. His practice centers on general civil litigation, with a particular focus on construction defect claims and complex real property disputes.

Before entering private practice, Rob served as Legal Counsel for a global workforce solutions company and began his legal career in corporate law at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP in New York. This combination of in-house and law firm experience gives him a practical, business-minded approach to litigation.
